1. Sales feedback, as a professional supplier, we always take care of sales from our customers. The better sales they have, the better cooperation we have.

We found that our opal glass tableware is competitive in the local market, accordingly to the feedback from our foreign wholesalers and importers. Especially the simple and modern style series of products, which are deeply loved by young consumers and have good sales performance in some home stores and online shopping platforms. Some customers said that our rich product variety can meet the needs of different customers and provide them with diversified choices for sales. For example, Mr. Mohamad from Egypt who has a big warehouse in Cairo and 3 stores in local bazaar. He said that our 58 pcs opal dinner set, 60pcs opal dinner set and 66pcs opal dinner set are the top 3 sales. He ordered 24 HQ container in total in 2024 and decided to enlarge the order quantity in 2025. And Mr. Alex from Russian market, the owner of 3 big warehouse in Moscow, they are keeping to enlarge their order plan of our opal tableware set. However, some customers from African markets, also suggested that we need to increase brand promotion to increase brand awareness and influence. We will make change accordingly for this issue, find solutions such as participating in industry exhibitions and placing advertisements.

2. Product quality feedback, quality is always the most important part during the selling. 

When we asked for feedback regarding to product quality. Many customers from different markets have given high praise to our opal glass dinnerware. They believed that our products are made of good materials, and the materials have good heat resistance and impact resistance. There are customers who also specifically mentioned that our opal tableware is more sophisticated in production technology, with smooth edges which meets their requirements for high-quality products. But a few customers have reported that some of our opal glass tableware has quality problems such as slight bubbles or scratches after use. Such problem would not affect the normal use of the product, but they have a certain impact on the looking of the product. It will ask our technology to improve the polish of products during mass production.

3. Packaging feedback, nice packaging will be attractive when they display on the shelf.

We have a strong and powerful design team who are making nice product packaging for our customers. Our existing packaging design is simple and elegant, and can effectively protect the product from damage during transportation. Especially for some dinner sets with polyfoam inside the color box are safer for longer shipping time. The quality of the packaging materials has also been recognized, with good shock and moisture resistance. However, a few customers asked to improve the box in terms of environmental protection. It is strict requested from some European markets. They suggest that we use recyclable or degradable packaging materials to meet the local market's requirements for environmentally friendly products. In addition, some customers hope that we can have more options for box style and background colors.
