In the field of foreign trade, customer visits are an important means of enhancing business relationships.
Garbo tableware brand was founded in 1993. Garbo tableware has been in international trade (exporting) since 2011. We has become a leading company in the international tableware supply chain.
In order to expand the market and enhance customer relationships, and to better understand customers' product needs and market trends, Garbo arranges business visits to different markets and countries every year, including customer visits and exhibition visits.
In January, we visited the Frankfurt Exhibition. It is the world's largest exhibition of consumer goods and also the world's largest high-quality consumer goods exhibition. The four-day trip gave us a new understanding of the latest trends in the world's consumer goods.
Different brands and factories from all over the world have brought their best products and design concepts.It also allows us to have a preliminary update and understanding of the products and styles currently popular in different countries and markets.
It also inspired us to try our best to be an inventor: use appropriate elements and colors, avoid ethnic colors. As long as the product design is reasonable, beautiful, and in line with people's aesthetic standards for new things, it is a good design and an inventor of an industry product.
In March, we attended Las Vegas ASD Market week as exhibitor, and also visit Chicago the INSPIRED HOME SHOW as visitor.
As a exhibitor of ASD Market week, we known that the sport bottle is very popular among USA market, and they prefer low borosilicate glass food container. Client prefer Ebay online trading, items normally with small quantity;
As a visitor of INSPIRED HOME SHOW, we known more about the household items they are importing from which countries, and what kind of designs/shapes they prefer.
In June, The Garbo team visited the Turkish market, also our old customers in different cities and the local glass cutlery and household products market.
We learned that boron products are popular in the Turkish market this year, and they like new and creative designs that meet the market characteristics.They have their own local brand cutlery and their own glass brand factory.
In July, Garbo visited five European countries: Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Poland, and Lithuania. It is a long journey, total took 20days.
Europeans prefer to make different patterns on classic cups, and there are holiday promotions every year, especially Christmas, etc. But at the same time, Arabs also account for a large proportion of consumption, and they like the Middle Eastern style.
And now, we are continue our steps.
We will visit Russia market in the first week of Sep.; And planing to visit Turkey again at the middle of Sep, also visit the Zuchex International Home and Kitchenwares Fair;
In November, we will also visit African countries, including Algeria, Morocco, and Tunisia.
And also twice a year business trip to Southeast Asian countries, including Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand.
